Like most luxury bridal stores and dress designers we charge a consultation fee for most appointment types.Any initial first appointment fees will be redeemed against your gown purchase. Subsequent appointments will be charged. We do not refund upon cancellation unless we have 72hours notice to cancel or postpone.

We have a variety of different appointments to suit our customers own requirements. We aim to get back to you within 48hrs of your request to confirm your appointment. The studio is an adult only environment. For all appointment types children under 12 are only permitted to attend an appointment if being measured as a member of your bridesmaid party.

Weekday Classic Bridal Appointment

The time has come, your engaged and set the date for your wedding. Now’s the time to style you from head to toe and help guide you with sharing our wealth of knowledge with you to find your perfect dress effortlessly.

Saturday Bridal Appointment

Weekday Evening Bridal Appointment

If a daytime appointment doesn’t work for you and weekends are hectic, then you may wish to make the most of our relaxed evening appointments.

Bridesmaid Appointment

Let us help you style and get your special bridal tribe looking and feeling fantastic in the right dresses for them.

10am – 4pm
60-minute appointment

up to 4 bridesmaids and 1 additional adult guest
£20 refundable
72hrs notice to re-schedule

For those with larger groups we understand it can be difficult and overwhelming to get everyone together at once.

So, for parties larger than 4 you can book a double appointment for up to 4 additional bridesmaids.

No additional guests but your original 1 additional guest is more than welcome to stay for the duration of your double appointment.

The initial bridesmaids would need to leave after measuring before starting the subsequent appointment.

Any subsequent appointments are charged at £20

Second Viewing Appointment

Request this appointment if you maybe didn’t order on your initial visit and want to place your order on the dress you can’t stop thinking about or maybe you’d like to show a privileged person your dress that made you say yes!

Accessory Appointment

If you didn’t get to style your complete look when ordering your dress and your now ready to add the perfect finishing touches, then this is the appointment for you.

(The dress you ordered may not still be available within the collection to try on at this appointment).
